Hand Railing for a Child

A well conceived design.
I captured this image in Singapore. It is a picture of a staircase at an overhead bridge with two hand railings. The lower one is for children. Design begins with a heart or empathy, not technology.

What is creativity and innovation?

The answer would depend a lot on who you talk to.
Many equate creativity with art while innovation with an invention, product or R&D. 3M, one of the world's serial innovator defined it as "New Ideas - plus action or implementation - which results in an improvement, gain or profit".

Conception

What is the meaning of conception?

To have an insight
To see something new
To understand something new
To see a new problem
To see a new question
To see a new connection
To see a new obstacles
To see a new challenge

Metaphor is the lifeblood of all art - Twyla Tharp
